This one-hour webinar is designed for U.S. companies interested in exploring business opportunities in Malaysia’s plastics manufacturing sector. Speakers will provide an outlook on Malaysia's plastics industry and discuss opportunities for U.S. technologies and expertise.

Malaysia’s plastics manufacturing industry is a primary pillar of its economy—and a source of parts and components for its downstream manufacturing sectors such as electrical & electronics, automotive, and food packaging.  In 2023, it generated $13.1 billion in revenue, with $3.4 billion from exports.  It is also rated as one of the most competitive plastic industries in the Asian region.

Eligibility:
To participate, your company must supply goods or services that are at least 51% U.S.-origin. U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies may also qualify if they contribute U.S.-based manufacturing, R&D, or other value-added services.
